Description
This parcel is a long property, gentle to very steep in terrain, with spectacular mountain views. There are plenty
of nearly level places to build. This would be a great mountain getaway for weekend stays or a mountain home
or cabin. Some of Colorado's finest ski/snowboard resorts are just over an hour from here. The drive to the
national forest is short with lots of elk, deer, and other wildlife. The area is very quiet with little to no traffic.
The dimensions of the lot are about 1357 feet by 340 feet by 1090 feet by 260 feet.
