Take I25 to exit 52 and turn right to get to the town of Walsenburg. At the center of town,
take Highway 160 West for 4.9 miles to the Cucharas Inn. Turn right and go 1.2 miles
to County Road 504. Do not turn on CR 504, instead continue straight on Faris Blvd for
0.4 miles. Stay left at the curve on Faris Blvd and continue for a little less than a 1/4 mile
to the property which is on the right. Each corner is marked with a wooden stake and the
original metal survey stake. If you visit the property, please take a copy of the map and these
