HARTSEL RANCH SUBDIVISION
This remote mountain land area has a combination of great rugged terrain and proximity to excellent
Colorado fishing, hunting and skiing. It's location is about 60 miles to the west of Colorado Springs
and an hour to an hour and a half from some of the finest ski resorts in the state.
It's next to the Estates of Colorado subdivision and is similar but tends to have hillier terrain and
more tree cover. Also, electrical power is sometimes present. Access by road is usually very good.
Hartsel Ranch doesn't have an association.
