Description
This is one of the most rugged and challenging lots that we own. And if you're looking for
spectacular mountain top views, this has it! From the road, the terrain slopes up steeply in
places and gently in others, through a grove of pine and aspen to the top of the property at
the back where you can see snow-capped mountains and the surrounding valleys below.
The dimensions of the lot are about 914 feet by 520 feet by 473 feet by 526 feet. There are
gently sloped building spots near the road and an almost level place at the top of the property
in the back.
Only about a mile and a half away lies the Pike National Forest, which is hundreds of square
miles of woods and meadows open to the public for camping, hiking, hunting, mountain biking
and much more. Also close is the San Isabel National Forest, another great place to explore.
You are likely to see elk, deer and lots of other wildlife there. The lake and stream fishing
in the area is spectacular.
