From Denver: Take Highway 285 Southwest past the town of Jefferson and almost to the town of
Como. Go South 1/3 of a mile past mile marker 193 to Elkhorn Road (County Road 15). Turn left
(Southeast) and go 3.5 miles. At the fork in the road, which is the intersection of Elkhorn Road
and Albino Road, go left on Albino for about 7.0 miles to Haida Road. The property lies on the
right side of Elkhorn Road. The northeast corner is next to the road just past the electical
pole. Continue another 155 feet to the southeast corner which is also just off of the road.
The back corners are 268 feet and 286 feet from those corners. Each of the corners are marked
with a wooden stake and orange tape as well as the original metal survey stakes.
From Colorado Springs: Take Highway 24 West past Lake George and over Wilkerson Pass to mile
marker 244. Continue another 200 yards to Elkhorn Road (County Road 15). Turn right (North)
and go 19.6 miles to the intersection of Elkhorn Road and Albino Road. Turn right on Albino Road
and go about 7.0 miles to Haida Road. The property lies on the right side of Elkhorn Road. The
northeast corner is next to the road just past the electical pole. Continue another 155 feet to
the southeast corner which is also just off of the road. The back corners are 268 feet and 286
feet from those corners. Each of the corners are marked with a wooden stake and orange tape as
