Description
This lot has a gentle slope down from the road to the back of the property, and has lots of level areas for
building. There is a nice combination of dense tree cover and open meadows. It is located on a very good
road that is well-maintained year round, but it is quiet and peaceful. The mountain views are nice. The
Lathrop State Park a few miles away has great fishing in its two lakes. Behind the property is an open
space area of 41 acres that is open to hiking, horseback riding, etc.

DIRECTIONS

Take I25 to exit 52 and turn right to get to the town of Walsenburg. At the center of town,
take Highway 160 West for 4.9 miles to the Cucharas Inn. Turn right and go 1.2 miles to County
Road 504. Turn left on County Road 504 and go about 3.0 miles to the property which is on the
left. The entrance is marked with wooden stakes wrapped with orange survey tape and the original
metal survey stakes. There are three stakes there each a short distance apart, because the entrance
to Lot 667 is right next to it. If you visit the property, please take a copy of these directions and
the map.
