From Colorado Springs: Take Highway 24 west past Lake George and over Wilkerson Pass to mile
marker 244. Continue another 200 yards to Elkhorn road (County Road 15). Turn right (north)
and go about 1.5 miles to Larimer Road (marked). Turn right (east) and go just over 1/2 mile to
the property which is on the left side of the road. The corners are marked with wooden stakes and
the original metal survey stakes. Please print and take a copy of the map and these directions with
